From our office in Homestead, FL, we provide psychiatric care and NeuroStar TMS therapy for patients across Homestead, Florida City, Key Largo, and South Miami-Dade, in English and Spanish. Visits are available in person or by secure telehealth, and same-day appointments are often available.
Meet Our Founder: Mary Ann Garcia, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Mary Ann Garcia is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the founder of Mindtra Health. She provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management, and coordinates care for patients receiving NeuroStar TMS. She completed NeuroStar's clinical training in transcranial magnetic stimulation for major depressive disorder and OCD.
A native Spanish speaker, Mary Ann founded Mindtra to bring accessible, compassionate psychiatric care to the Homestead community, and made Mindtra Homestead's first NeuroStar TMS provider.

Our Medical Director: Clara Alvarez, MD
Clara Alvarez, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist and serves as Mindtra's Medical Director. She provides clinical oversight for our psychiatric team and our NeuroStar TMS program, and she speaks English and Spanish.
