Mindtra Health, LLC ("Mindtra," "we," or "us") provides a platform through which individuals may learn about conditions such as depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), gain insight into treatment options, and connect with licensed Healthcare Providers for clinical care. This Privacy Policy sets forth our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, including your rights regarding the same.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected or processed in connection with the operation of our website, www.mindtrahealth.com (the "Site"), and all associated services offered online or offline (the "Services"). Any individually identifiable health information submitted in connection with receiving healthcare services through the Site constitutes "Protected Health Information" or "PHI" and is subject to Mindtra's Notice of Privacy Practices. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices with respect to PHI, the Notice shall control.
Mindtra may collect personal information that you voluntarily submit through account registration, including your name, email address, and password. All such information is considered PHI and will be maintained and protected in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and applicable state law. Mindtra does not sell or exploit PHI for marketing or data mining purposes and will only use your information as authorized under HIPAA or other applicable law. From time to time, you may be asked to participate in surveys concerning your experience. Such participation is voluntary and will not affect your access to Services.
Mindtra may also collect contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, when you inquire about Services, subscribe to updates, or communicate with us.

We do not currently respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

Mindtra's Services are not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect data from such individuals. Services provided to minors aged thirteen (13) to seventeen (17) require the documented consent of a parent or legal guardian.
